Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Goyal Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we provide limited exchange options under the conditions outlined below.

  • No Refunds will be issued for any purchase.

  • Exchange is allowed only within 1 week (7 days) of purchase.

  • Exchange will be done weight-to-weight (gram-to-gram basis).

  • No Exchange and No Return is permitted on nose rings due to hygiene reasons.

  • No Exchange and No Return beyond 2 days of purchase.

  • Within 2 days, exchanges are allowed only if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Original invoice/bill must be presented at the time of exchange.

  • Jewellery must be in original condition, unworn, and without any damage.

  • Custom-made or altered jewellery is not eligible for exchange.

Goyal Jewellers reserves the right to deny an exchange if items do not meet the above conditions.
